Now that FL SOS is back up…

here’s the documentation to substantiate that Newton has been removed as an officer of IWS, per the Annual Report filed at the beginning of the week.

First, here’s the 2009 Annual Report which clearly designates Newton as Chairman/Director:

Later in the year (November ’09) a change of entity name was filed, which still listed Newton as Chairman/Director. Since the filing is 5 pages I won’t post a screen shot, but simply reference the url:

Now, just over 3 months later, on 03/01/10, the 2010 Annual Report has been filed and it’s plain to see Newton has been removed:

For the critical thinkers, an argument could be made that this is, in fact, a good thing….

(Hint: under what circumstances would Newton need to be removed and for what reason? Of course, this presumes certain preceding circumstances, which I’ll leave open to debate.)
