We don't want a PR tomorrow. We want a PR when a PR is ready. If the end of the month is really going to be the official launch date, a PR should address the following:

- The timeline for launch is still accurate.
- A count of how many companies are signed up in how many regions
- Confirmation that all cellular providers are partnered
- Update on any bug fixes or software related issues

It's important to keep PRs substantial. If a substantial one is ready to be put out tomorrow, great. If it isn't, it needs to wait. Also, if it addresses at least some of the above points, especially the second, then we can start making realistic PPS projects. Personally, I'm not crazy about the almost billion shares, but so long as revenue can offset the possibility of dilution, or at least impactful dilution, then it's manageable.
