it was sub penny on 2009/12/30

Then on 2010/02/08. Just twice in a very long time. Because people were expecting that the SH meeting would bring something solid..... Well, the majority werent satisfied with more Forward Looking statements plus a ? CEO

After the SH meeting it closed sub penny 4 times out of 7 trading days.... The overall outlook is negative. Again thats not sideways in my book.
