We had one below .03 just a few weeks ago and none of us were able to pick up any, but I remember a few posters saying their shares sold. The MM's have the ability to do things we don't. Many times it took a while for my orders to fill. I really think the MM's take ours and trade back and forth while we just get shares from eachother.
This is why I NEVER have a stop loss on my order.
