I can answer that.

The date on the statement is Feb. 1st.....the mill was NOT running.

The period end date on pink sheets was March 1st......the mill was NOT running.

It's plain and simple....cut and dry....the mill was not or had not been running for the last couple of months, even up to that March 1st date.
