I've seen runs like this past a penny so it can happen. Some of my previous runners include CBAI. now that one had almost 5 billion shares out so anything can happen here...and the thing to remember is that news trumps all! when my pdmi made its run to .0088 from .001 it was all hype. That company never produced any news. So IMO with the right combo of hype,momo and news this can see a penny near term. But always remember to take profits along the way.
