Well, IMO if TA verified there was no more dilution and the shares remain the same.. It could gap up on Friday's news after close..... but then again, they still have approx. 124 Mil. additional shares that they can dilute.

If/When they issue the additional shares, the share price will drop temporarily, but buyers will come back when there is no more dilution as long as they add quality content that sells. Then the price could take off.

I'm watching closely and waiting to add again and keeping an eye on volume/pps, board marks & post activity and CHARTS. When the buyers come en mass it will go up. There's not much down side left.

Even if all 300 Mil are issued, the PPS will be a bargain with the libraries they plan to purchase.
