I think that is correct. Condensate is not considered oil it is considered a biproduct of natural gas. However, I'm not certain that the taxing regime on condensate won't change. Interesting fact that I just learned the other day is that OPEC doesn't consider condensate in its export quotas. Member countries can sell as much as they want.

And no it wasn't copy and paste. I used to work for one of the largerst natural gas liquids producers in the country. They had dozens of cryogenic gas processing plants all over the country. They separated out the liquids and sold those and then sold the dry gas that remained after that process. However, I was never involved with LNG processing which is a completely different process.
