Everybody is quoting this:

"If the company is a reporting issuer it is deregistered from SEC reporting to allows the Company's
executive management to focus more time and energy on the initial clean up of the company and to

But try to remember that there last filling was recieved on april 2007. MMG uses this piece of text for all there PR's. Its just trully stupid to think they have 'more' time when you compare it to the apr-2007 to feb-2010 period, becouse they have not filed at all in that period (so it's not like they have more time now).
