"1) Now that Iraq has satisfied the requirements of the IAEA, which in turn has satisfied the requirments of the UNSC, and as I understand this was the final requirement to remove sanctions, do you believe all sanctions have been automatically and currently lifted or will there need to be another meeting to do the official signing and removing of sanctions?"

2)Do sanctions have to be removed before a reval can occur?

3)I was thinking that shutting down their financial markets for 5 days was a little strange. Albeit, pure speculation on my part, what do you think about the idea that they are using these five days to realign their computers and financial markets to the newly revaluated rate? "

Ok from my understanding there may be a modification or re-wording of the sanctions.

The reason for this would be to allow the removal of any and all economic sanctions on Iraq while still allowing the situation between Iraq and Kuwaiti remain until resolved.

The primary issues between Kuwait and Iraq could then be resolved to the satisfaction of both nations at a latter date while allowing Iraq to move forward by rejoining the global economic community with full rights, privileges and freedoms.

Now when will this be?

No clue and as a matter of fact it could have happened last week and we are yet to hear about it.

Evidence of this information being hidden was made clear just a few days ago.

Edit! (Look above this post! Right after writing this the first news on this came out! lol!)

So as we see information is being held back and as far as we know the only thing left to do is the announcement.

Personally I think this announcement of a "modified Chapter 7 sanction" will be made public at or near the same time as the rate change of the Iraqi Dinar.

So as far as we know everything needed could be in place right this very moment.

Myself I think it is and I think we will see the announcement of the rate change sometime after the elections.

IMHO

Go Dinar!~
