Good point. Why didn't RCC go legal when Webb made his assessment very public? IMO b/c it wasn't defamatory. There was nothing in that report that wasn't factual.

IMO When Graham made that statement on his site, Newton saw an opportunity to continue this charade under the guise of legal action. He may even have a case. But it will certainly be difficult for Newton to prove libel against a defense of his character.

The press release does not state that any legal filing has been made. It would be costly and I doubt Newton would open himself to such scrutiny.

Graham obviously realized his error and quickly retracted his statement. Why did he post RCC on his site? any ideas? IMO Graham saw an opportunity to try and drum up interest by stating they were close to IPO and blah blah blah for his $36 billion dollar sprinkler...
