Roger, the A/S was reduced to 7.5b by new management. A high A/S is good protection from takeover, and it's the O/S, and float that matters.

float = o/s - r/s, or 757,981,234

Companies go public to access capital for growth. Once they are profitable, they usually buy back shares.
HHHI has applied to the EPA for a grant. If they get it, that = less, or even no need to sell shares for capital.
This company has allot going for it IMO, and could go much higher.
