The EEZ bidding round is going to be 6 months long. I don't think SNP can keep results secret that long. The pressure for a release of the results is building from all directions. I don't think ERHE will allow it to go on much longer, nor will STP, nor will the JDA, nor will Nigeria, nor will the other companies involved.

I don't expect any estimates of actual reserves in the first release. I also do not expect individual prospect results. What I do expect is that that they will announce enough has been found to continue to Phase 2 and that the plans are to treat the entire JDZ as a single producing unit. I also expect to hear it is complicated gas, condensate, oil area that will require an integrated solution for production of the hydrocarbons. I also expect them to say they can't give any estimate of reserves until some delineation wells have been drilled. I hope we'll get more than that, but I'm not expecting it.

As far as any buyout goes, (even of the smaller companies), I'm not expecting it until AFTER the initial results are announced. Then the deals might start.
