You make some assumptions as to what is going on and I ask what factual information you have for these assumptions? The no money issue seems odd as it appears they have enough to have bought the shell, and the principles involved seem to be well off financially .

Can you clarify what you mean by, "If there is a high probability setup you just take the trade. Not saying that there is one here but honestly I dont see one after the RS.."? I don't follow what point you are making.

I was not happy by the news of RS but there is still way too much information left to come out. I am always skeptical of peoples opinions when it is not backed by some sort of factual information.
