i don't think african americans are rare a sr. levels of biotech. from my genentech days and various consulting skits over 15 yrs in san francisco, i find % of african americans at executive levels to be fairly high. not that i care or am watching, but your argument sounds hollow to me and i agree it sounds very bigoted
