The way that this stock has been behaving ever since their announcement of the A/S increase has been indicative of a coming buyout. I have held several other stocks that behaved in precisely the same manner just prior to announcing a buyout. It will not surprise me at all if that is indeed what is in the works. Just my opinion, but..........
