ENCS is a pile of smoking ash. Welch belongs in jail. The SEC is asleep at the wheel. Let me rephrase that, the SEC is dysfunctional, disconnected at the brain stem. With all the dope they have on this Welch clown already, he is sitting in a beach chair in the Bahamas promoting scams and inventing new companies every quarter. The SEC does nothing, great system we have in place, not even a single stop measure from them. Go figure...
