Got this email today from IGSM after calling and leaving a message and then emailing. At least I got a response!

The priorities are the audit and the webinar programs as soon as possible.

FYI: The initial audit for a PinkSheet company to go full reporting is a much larger task than a regular annual audit for an already reporting company. It covers two years, not one, and all stock issuance since inception. Additionally any financing and corporate actions (such as: incorporation's, by-laws, name changes, mergers, acquisitions) have to be examined since inception. The SEC allows small reporting companies 90 days to complete an annual audit which is based on the prior years audit and quarterly filings. The time for an initial audit and all accounting and legal work is typically much longer.

Any changes that can be reported, will be reported as soon as possible through press releases.
