WELL with the CEO buying shares at .013 or so., is what kinda persuaded me...NO one would spend 15K on stock unless he thinks it will go up...and there is no NEED to shift money from the right hand to the left hand.(I.E. sell stock and buy stock)I think any dillution is over..
we just havent had the massive volume we need to go higher..
with all the p.r's ...and earnings release coming up at the end of the month...it will go...m/o
