agreed to all the criticism, but my point is baby steps at this point are good. Would we rather that Jan and everyone else do nothing? If one complains in a forest, and Steve isn't there to hear it, does one make a sound? I was applauding the effort and the baby step. I agree that it isn't enough, but at least it is a beginning of a conversation that I hope Jan continues. Steve shut out most others out on this board, and I see that email to Jan as an improvement, albeit small.
