It would seem to me that any change in position at BSTI or the leaving of T.M. from the companies roles ,for what ever reason, would be grounds for a material event. Someone more versed than I ,might want to comment on the legal ramifications of the requirement to issue notification of such event and/or the ramifications of non-compliance should that be the case.

I suppose that the proper posture on this one would be to assume that he still is on the payroll.It has been third partied, not necessarily fact, that he at one time was relagated to handling I.R. This also has somewhat been over-ridden by Deirdre Baker's participation in this area as of late. Perhaps someone may have a better feeling as to what our "LEADER" is actually about at this time.
