coach... theres been lots of discussion on here bout the divvies.

obviously share cant be converted, only paid. now as far as the divvys go, i read anywhere from 3-6 quarters of non payment, means

the 25.00 face comes automatic, with re-instated divvys plus interest.

i need to dig a bit more, but just board search "dividends", and there is some pretty good reading.

i have always liked these K's. in a manner of speaking, they are "safer" than the p's in my eyes. at least inasmuch as they cannot be converted to commons.
