I was just in contact with the following three agencies:

Florida SOS
FINRA
Nevada SOS

Florida states UCSO's privilage to do business in Florida has been permanitly revoked since 2005 (no big deal, we already knew this)

FINRA confirmed that the document for r/s has been filed, but not reviewed yet.

Nevada states UCSO has not filed documents for a r/s yet (you can also see this on the Nev SOS site). Nevada also does NOT have the company's current officer info.

None of these are shockers, just thought I would share. I was trying to find out more pertinant info, but getting anything out of these people is like pulling teeth from a tiger.
