extrinsic55: Points taken. The hope now, such as it may be, lies in the new blood of the "prospective management team". Obviously, the better they are at what they do, the more they can demand for services rendered. There's no queston that LTC technology is quite valuable. Empire (Jesup Lamont) apparently sunk millions into it by dint of its efficacy, novel attributes, and potential earning power. The way I see it, their job now is to salvage the wreck DR left in his wake. As Peter Lynch iterated time and time again, "Management is 90% of the success or failure of a firm." His wisdom again proven up in the past case of CSMG. With good and sober management emplaced, LTC could rise again and CTGI with it albeit not nearly as high as dreamt before.

Just my two cents plain.
