Puda Coal, Inc. (the “ Company ”) plans to make a presentation at the Brean Murray, Carret & Co. Global Resources & Infrastructure Conference on March 5, 2010 in New York City, and to engage in a series of discussions with investors and market professionals regarding potential investments in the Company to support its acquisition financing needs during the conference. A copy of the presentation, which describes the Company’s business, prepared in order to facilitate these discussions, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
