DLAD Share-holders Unite!
I have a few straight forward questions to ask the CEO Steven Humphries and would like a straight forward answer to ALL of them, and I’m confident other share holder would like to here the answers as well.

1.) What percent of Spectrum Broadcasting do WE own as a Public company and how much is owned as a Private company?
2.) If trading on DLAD is halted, will the Private company take possession of the Public companies assets?
3.) What are the financials of the newly acquired companies? RED-BLACK ? Value?
4.) If FINRA doesn’t approve name change, then what?
5.) What are the concerns FINRA has with name change?
6.) Will we see management changes soon? ( It appears to be a winning trend with SSEV.)
7.) Knowing that DLAD is a non-reporting status company, Can we get a little more direct information on how you are spending our money?

Share holders, If you have additional questions, please post them on this board. Also try to keep them professional (Non attacking or offensive, it really doesn’t help).

Last point, Let us not forget how this company is chartered. We as share holders own this company and we should and will be heard by the management. If not, we as a group can make changes to the management as we see fit.

Until we get answers, no one is going to sink another dollar into the black-hole, because nothing comes out!

Do the right thing here and now Steve Humphries, Tell us the truth to the questions we raise or WE shall have no other options at hand other then to remove you from office and get someone in the that will.
