Over the last month or so, the following phrases have been used: very very soon, razor sharp close, etc.. He appeared somewhat tired the other night. He is working very hard to get her DONE and continues to work on getting additional asset value in the mean time. I am sure he is a little frustrated the same as the shareholders. He wants this also!! You can't rush the powers to be, I guess we'll have to wait on them.
