When the CT's start to run you will have to bid above the ask and cross your fingers and toes. There can't be much if anything in the float after all this time since all four combined are a total of 48 million outstanding shares. How many of these are now in tight hands? Most of em!
If you a large want quanity you will have to hit the ask. Otherwise you may get a couple hundred in the CT Lotto at the bid.
The only reason the CT's are not on fire now is the high percentage spread of from .12 to .20 cents between the B/A.
