must read for those who do not have a cashpad as of yet.

as most of you know , ecnc has a test site up and running, i have a pad, so i will walk you thru the process
1. fill cart
2. chose form of payment, if you have a pad, ecashpad express lane
3. rg-tecq system appears, and tells you to swipe card.
it is cool as soon as it tells you to swipe your card, the constant grenn light at the top of the cashpad starts to blink, once you have swiped your card, the pad gives off a beep, and the green light goes back to being constant.
4. on visa and master card, you punch in the last 3-4 digits on the back of your card.
5. enter address and vipcode

done
the process is very fast,
step five appears to be for 2 reasons, one the shipping address, two, if the address does not match the address where the pad is registered, the transaction could be denied.but i am just guessing

one thing is true, ecnc does have a working product
