When the bands get tight, like :homer Simpson squeezing Barts neck ,"you have low volatility,,,,,but in every case [SCMI] it
is "advertising " an upward move, with out exception..., but it could also turn down according to good logic.

Today the bands are spreading and SCMI is going up.
