Is it fair that the CEO misdirects people?
Is it fair that he hasnt filed the financials yet?

Is it fair that this stock is down 95%?

Lets stick to what is actually unfair around here.

Is it fair that the CEO and president have borrowed thousands of dollars from the company and justify it because they "guarantee" loans?

Big deal. If Expo is paying their loans then that means nothing.
