Captain... yes, that is odd. Why would they announce before doing it? Definitely gives a realm of hope/breathing room in all this, doesn't it...?

Was thinking also, can FIRNA regulate a DECISION and/or TERMS to r/s? Or merely timing? 1000/1 is so dramatic, without precedent... puts the trading as a vehicle in ITSELF APART from the product-profit capacity..., at the EXPENSE of traders.... I know PKs lack regulation, but there's got to be something there....
