Hi I am new to this board and on the other side of the water from most of you. I bought heavily into VNTA last year, when I heard that it was Glaxo Smith Kline that were in the process of buying the IP rights. GSK pulled out with the reason that they were going to concentrate on core products. Then information was released that a US Pharma was interested and all was going well again until now. I have tried to check with both the Swiss Chamber of Commerce and the US FDA and neither have/will confirm that Ventana have lodged a "product" for phase 1 or 2 testing and neither will they admit that Ventana have a product awaiting FDA approval. Have any of you investors stateside managed to check that Ventana have a product going through your Federal approval system? I would be greatly interested and relieved to hear that you have!!
