At the risk of stepping into quicksand, I am aware of someone who contacted the company and relayed pretty much the same reply lowman received. To wit, talks are continuing and (as is pro forma in negotiations) expect no PR until all parties consummate agreement. Off the cuff reference to Empire as still in the game. This latter also referenced in shareholder letter of Jan 7 2010. Admittedly, what was communicated to me is technically hearsay and quite general, but it does jibe with lowman's comments.
