The announcement was that "They've filed with FINRA for the reverse" They couldn't possibly have plans to dump 100M.

If FINRA says ok..approved it could happen in what a few days to weeks???

.....it has filed to effect a 1,000-1 reverse stock split. UCSO believes that the reverse stock split will be a step towards bringing the Company's capitalization to a more manageable number and to preserve an orderly market for its securities. The timing of the reverse split is subject to FINRA approval.


THIS IS CRAZY DUDE...I'VE NEVER SEEN A NUTJOB RELEASE LIKE THIS ONE. I'VE SEEN 1M TO REVERSE SPLITS but the os was in the BILLIONS.
