Thanks for the explanation dblue. I do have a couple of questions. So that 250 million restricted was not part of the float, or the 250 million doubled the float to 500mil? Also was there anyway of knowing that these 250 million restricted existed? How do we know someone does not have restricted shares of VCTY? I just want to make sure I am understanding this correctly. Between the low float, tight hands, and mm manipulation this almost seems to good to be true. I am in at .013 and would be happy to see .05. Thanks for all your help.
