Just a lot of misinformation in that post.

Fact 1) the Starr deal was in the works BEFORE the spac acquisition vote in October. Look at the PPS at that time to see why the deal happened at the price it did.

Fact 2) AMCN isn't having problems, read their latest PR and what they see for Q1 and 2010. CCME is closer to AMCN than to any 'billboard' company. CCME has certainly said positive things in PR's so unless the company is lying...

Fact 3) Muni governments will renegotiate contracts? What muni governments? CCME has contracts with 49 different BUS operators...And just fyi, those contracts have 5+ year timeframes. Hard to renegotiate when they aren't up for renewal.

I can understand your desire to 'turn as many rocks as possible' but be careful you don't dig your own grave and convince yourself to sell based on false information.
