No its not clear from the instructions.

No where does it say that 5 mins is the minimum interval...It says "Other values are allowed"

Based off your reply (or lack there of acknowledging this), Im assuming the instructions are inncorect.

Based off my testing/ trial and error, I see that 5 mins is the minimum interval.

You might want to update the instructions and take out the part that says "Other values are allowed"
