It's one thing if we find out about a merger on our own off the SOS changes or whatever we do and buy in. The company never told us to buy or even had news yet, we tried to get a jump on the crowd and got burned. That's on us for trying to get an edge.
But, putting out news.... bringing in the buyers and then wiping them out a few weeks later with the big split is not the same....it's bad even by pennyland standards....
Don't want to give false hope but I have seen a few of these that do a big R/S then follow it right up with a big forward split. Never got why they do these but maybe you'll get lucky and that's the plan here.
