I had a conversation with him on Dec 31st, and tried to get a gauge on when this would transpire......he said by the end of the 1st quarter...to which I was like.... what? We won't be an entity. Well, the Koreans came in to keep us a going concern....I am guessing that is still intact. His words were " (my first name) if it were up to us we'd knock it out in 2 days but when you deal with these large companies...the timelines seem to ....stretch out ....." something like that anyway. I wish someone would give this platform a chance. I have said I like Mark and in many ways want to see him succeed. Back to IMGN .....in my conversation with Sayare.....he told me he had a couple of million shares via options he accumulated like Varney and Roger have accumulated CORX options and wasn't pulling the trigger @ $30-35 ......he thought, we have the Rosetta stone type of mindset, they'd been basically bankrupt nearly a year or 2 earlier with one lousy antibody licensed to GSK that didn't work sort of like organon's level of effort-they were getting licenses for the the linker tech....3 years later and then in 2008 the stock was under $2, and he was replaced.....just amazing. I think the Baker Brothers keep SGEN up, I am surprised DNA dumped the antibody, I had heard DNA offered them $10 back when it was $5 or 6......it looked very good initially, I made some money in it...a double and then some. Of course it's been demolished, as you know ( my SGEN profit) in ....
