There is no obligation to deliver the license to VGE, this says nothing about the trademark, Viaspace can do what it wants with it. They have the leverage for VGE to be successful. And yes they have the trademark because it is illegal to mark a name with the C unless you have it. Let me ask you, you posted that to prove me wrong right? Are you illiterate?
