When the NASDAQ started in the late 60's and early 70's it was only a quotation service---and a badly needed one for over the counter stocks trading on a national basis---under the counter stocks were the Pinks of today--where now have the Grays for those shares--

To me , uplisting to the Naz is not a whole lot more effort than the BB---and a whole lot better in stature for your shares---considerable more in transparency and a lot better for developing JV relationships with other quality companies

but, as I said --JMHO
