Yeah, it was or wasn't one of my finer moments, depending how you looked at it. Amazingly enough it was regarding CDIV and the fact that they shut off penny trades being enabled. After I got off the phone and through 3 people, I went to check the account and couldn't get on as the message said I had too many incorrect password attempts. I had already been on once that morning. Wifey had to take the phone from me and let me cool off.
