My guess .........IMO............

taking into the account that the stock market is looking for a place to put some $$$ IMO this stock seeing that there is no real history of PS..

I will put it at 2.75 to 2.90 intitial run..

pull back to 1.50 to 1.75 and then run to $3 plus after the Shareholders meeting.
