Gaboy stated: "All indication is that Abbott is working in conjunction with Inverness to commercialize Recaf."

That is the most ridiculous conclusion that can be made. If Abbott was working with anyone to commercialize RECAF, then the feasibility milestone would have been paid. Moro would also have not told the SEC in his latest filing that Abbott had not done any work on RECAF since the amendment.

Now, is it legal for Abbott to negotiate the non payment of the 2008 annual minimum royalty and in exchange not return RECAF? Yes, it is perfectly legal. Does Moro have to disclose the exact negotiations? No, all he has to publish is the results of those negotiations. READ the amended agreement again. It was clearly specified that Abbott did not have to pay the 2008 minimum royalty. If it had not been due and payable, why was that even specified in the agreement.

No, you are totally wrong. Abbott is in fact done with RECAF. That will in fact be proven if Burger does attempt to get Abbott back working on RECAF. Three things could happen. 1. Burger could never mention it again. (most probable) 2. Abbott returns RECAF which would be a disaster for Moro. 3. Burger attempts to carry out what he stated and terminates the Abbott license. That would also be a disaster for BioCurex.

Notice I did not even mention as a possibility that Abbott would resume work on RECAF. Nope, it is over and done.
