Yes, I totally agree...and I imagine it is much less expensive to have a salaried attorney on staff for all the day-to-day legal issues. This is a good sign of things to come. It tells me they are SERIOUS about moving this company forward. Good sign for uplisting and dual listing as well. Not a question of "if" but "when." Ken has kept his word thus far.
