It appears to be a "timming' thing here also---

PDAC and the meeting , perhaps for the first time with others ---Lawyers like to talk with other Lawyers---

JV talk and then JV actions----Contract Atty----Uplisting the Stock..

Uplisting the Stock allows those who want to own a position in KATX, and who are perhaps envolved , but on the on the periphiry,, and also not allowed to buy "PINK" sheet securities----as most institutions are not allowed---

Looks to be a lot going on for KATX ---I don't expect to see cheap shares for very long---
