I thought that it was very cool of Clint to make it very clear that this was going to be a DIVISION and not a subsidiary of Eternal Image. A lot different than some companies that want to spin off a private company and use public money to fund it. A separate division will just bring in more revs to the parent company and we all benefit from that! Yay EI!
