I got the following email from JD 2 weeks ago


Our TA is currently gagged at my request. Our Authorized shares are 1 billion, and our outstanding shares are less than that. Currently with the TA gagged I cannot give you specifics, but I can state the TA is gagged temporarily.

When I read the email, buyback is the first thing that came to mind, he could be lying about A/S but why a gagged TA would be necessary when he himself is mentioning the A/S.
