STOCK_CHECKER, the latest document states that Bergamo paid an additional $38,000 and therefore met the requirements to SETTLE the lawsuit. Interesting enough, John Pentony presented the Check.
Probably because he is the IR for the company, owns a lot of stock, and lives here in Texas close to the Court.
